Buy/Sell/Trade Curriculum

Many homeschool families buy a curriculum and then change their mind….often in the first weeks of school!  New curriculum can be purchased directly from the publisher or other online outlets, but buying used is often a good an option. In addition to SHAPE’s used curriculum sale each summer, there are several other local used curriculum sales each spring and, in addition to Amazon, ebay and Craigslist, there are numerous online sites where you can buy, sell or trade curriculum.  Here are some local resources:

Home Educators Curriculum Swap Maury/Williamson County is a local Facebook page for homeschoolers looking to buy, sell, give or swap curriculum and other resources.

Varagesale has a Spring Hill, TN Buy-Sell-Trade group with over 20,000 members and a growing homeschool curriculum category!

Homeschoolclassifieds.com serves all of Tennessee.

Curriculum Reruns is an annual used curriculum sale offered at the end of each school year, located in north Columbia.

McKay’s Used Bookstore in west Nashville (636 Old Hickory Blvd, Nashville, TN 37209) is a treasure trove of curriculum, books & resources.  They will also buy your old books and give store credit or cash!

Middle Tennessee Home Education Association (MTHEA) in conjunction with Teach Them Diligently’s convention hosts the area’s largest new curriculum fair each spring.
